Who back-in parks at Albemarle?

Everyone! The weekend playground parent crew and the cybertrucks alike. This small adjustment has made a much safer environment at the park. Thank you Newton for supporting this crucial effort to create and prioritize safety in our community.

Bike visuals added to bike lanes and sharrows painted on Albemarle!

We were excited to see the recent installation of the visuals in the bike lane on Albemarle. And even new sharrows painted on the road where it gets closer to the river! Thanks Newton DPW! It means a lot to the cyclists and pedestrians of this city and enriches our area.

Back-in Parking Success

It is working! Morning, noon and night….whether for weekday work or weekend meet-ups on the playground, the people of Newton are expertly back-in parking at Albemarle. This road never been safer or less anxiety-provoking than it is today. Thank you to the Newton DPW, Transportation Department, Neighborways Team and others who made it happen!
